Directions: Answer these questions on your blog, back link this post and tag five friends.

  1. What are you reading on Spring reading days? – Embryo by Robert P. George and Christopher Tollefsen, and whatever else I can find about bioethics in Lifeway
  2. What do you wish you had time to read? – A couple of books by Oliver O’Donovan and Paul Ramsey, as well as J. Budziszewski’s works on natural law
  3. What have you decided NOT to read that you were assigned to read. - I don’t have any pressing assignments this week, though it would do me well to begin preparing for my term paper on the Holy Spirit coming up soon…
  4. What is one great quote from your reading? – “There is…a strong tradition of Christian thought that holds that the soul is not identical to the person, but an animating principle of a unified being, i.e., of a true body-soul composite. Thus, Saint Thomas Aquinas wrote that if only my soul were to survive the death of the body, then I should not, for ‘the soul is not the whole human being and my sould is not I.’” – pg 64, Embryo
  5. Why are you blogging? (You’re supposed to be reading!) – It’s either fantastic time management, or not. I’ll let the people decided. :)
